The comments written by the students in part C were very positive. The evaluation scores that the students gave me for questions 8-13 were almost all top scores, and so were the scores for 14, 15, and 18. There were some differences in opinion regarding the difficulty level of the course, and this did not surprise me. From the first class, it was apparent that a major gap existed between the most proficient and least proficient students. The students with the lowest levels did not take advantage of my office hours and of my offers to help at other times.
