Thank you for your comments. Yes, I think some students' English skills were not adequate for the level of this class and I should have been more careful about letting them register for this course. I'm glad you were able to learn "business manners" because that is one of the goals of this class. I will continue to try to explain things clearly to students when something is difficult to understand. |
