【学生のみなさんへ】

I wish that students had written some comments, but no one did. The scores that I received were almost all a little above or very close to matching the average for the university. I could improve in terms of number 8, but on several occasions before class one of the committees that I am a member of had meetings that ran late. As a result, I rushed to class and did not seem prepared. In fact, I felt bad about not arriving in a calm and composed manner. Having so many meetings that go too long is having a negative influence on our teaching and on the students' perception of our preparedness. We should have a policy of ending meetings at least twenty minutes before the next period begins.
