Community Welfare

Community Welfare

The ultimate aim of studies in the field of social welfare is to improve the welfare of all people. It includes both clinical and real-world studies that are concerned with human affairs in general. Both clinical and practical research confront the essence of a variety of contradictions and problems that modern society holds.
In the past, the field of social welfare mainly focused on how to deal with problems related to poverty. In today’s modern society, however, it is more important to consider how to protect the dignity and rights of all people and offer support so that each person can live a life on his or her own as a valuable and equal member of society.
In this sense, social welfare research examines how we should live a meaningful life and how our happiness can be defined. The field of social welfare includes both clinical and real-world studies that are concerned with the health, happiness, and fortune of all humans.
